Zinc Performance
If you buy a zinc-topped table from Stissing Design you can expect it to patina and age into a bluish-grey color as time goes by. Unlike most surfaces, I guarantee that zinc will scratch and stain, and the accumulation of those scratches and stains give zinc its warm charm.

Zinc was first recognized as an individual metal in India in 1374. Zinc has been used in galvanizing and anti-corrosive alloys for hundreds of years. The most familiar place you’ll likely find zinc today is in the American penny.
